HOW DOES IT WORK?
Fin-regulator is a kind of insurance company intended for clients acting within the organization. Each trader who encounters a disputable situation receives a compensation account for the amount of 20,000 euros. The funds are kept in a special bank account, ensuring their safety.
COMPANY FINANCING FEATURES
The company has a special account, which is regularly funded by 10% of the membership fees. Fin-regulator members make regular contributions. This fund serves as a guarantee of stability in the event of a conflict situation.
WHO CAN USE THE FUND
Fin-regulator traders have full right to interact with the established compensation fund. Assistance is provided only if the broker refuses to accept the trader’s terms and conditions.
COMPENSATION COATING
The Compensation Fund is fully authorized to “cover” decisions up to a total amount of €20,000 (per client).
Compensation is deposited into the team member’s personal account 90 days after the decision is made. Within this period, the organization aims to compensate the entire amount directly. **In the event of a large number of unsatisfactory claims, there may not be enough funds to cover all needs. In such a case, the current account will be divided evenly among all team members.
