TRADE TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATION

Fin-Regulator certifies platforms to ensure that conflict resolution is efficient and fair. This procedure aims to ensure that the minimum basic requirements below are met. Partners cooperating with Fin-Regulator are required to provide detailed information in accordance with these provisions.

It is important to note that some requirements may not apply to specific technology providers that provide services on the licensee’s servers without control over the infrastructure.

Fin-Regulator conducts a comprehensive review of the procedures submitted by providers to confirm the level of security and stability of the platform. It is the organization’s responsibility to ensure that the declared providers are compliant.

Below are the main sections of the certification questionnaire:

1. **SYSTEM SECURITY:**
– A description of the authentication process;
– Providing data on encryption algorithm and monitoring of suspicious activity;
– Description of the authorization procedure in the system;
– Security Testing;
– Conducting system administration operations.

2. **SYSTEM PERFORMANCE:**
– Information about the server infrastructure and data backup process;
– System capacity control;
– Conducting a stress test;
– Regular software updates.

3. **INSTRUMENTS AND TYPES OF APPLICATIONS:**
– Providing all tools specified in the application;
– Listing of stationary and binary options in the system.

4. **PRICING AND OPTION EXERCISE POLICY:**
– Full details of quote providers;
– Possibility of bidding restrictions and their description;
– The broker’s system of betting regulation;
– A system for changing payments in the journal.

5. ** REPORT GENERATION AND DATA SAVING:**
– Retention periods for information in the system;
– Retention of all transaction and disposition data;
– Breakdown of procedures indicating responsible staff.

6. ** BUSINESS DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN:**
– Name of data backup equipment;
– A plan for implementing disaster recovery for the business;
– Possible service interruptions;
– Testing;
– Features of interaction with Fin-Regulator;
– Contact details of responsible employees in the event of an accident.

TRADE TECHNOLOGY CERTIFICATION

The Fin-Regulator has established an ICO Certification Committee comprised of experts in the fintech industry, as well as specialists in the currency and cryptocurrency markets. This committee has full authority to implement and oversee certification standards and processes.

The main purpose of certification is to assess an issuer’s cryptocurrency platform against an established set of criteria that have been adopted by the Committee. Some of these criteria are mandatory for successful certification.

Fin-Regulator certification is only possible if all requirements are met in full. The certification standards are subject to regular changes and developments.

The certification process aims to meet a number of criteria including:

– Place of registration of the guarantor (issuer);
– Compliance with established regulations and requirements;
– Industry suitability for ICO certification;
– Cryptocurrency financing;
– Issuer’s obligation to reflect changes in sewerage;
– The project must be safe;
– The use of Smart Contract Design and Blockchain Network is mandatory;
– Adherence to token specificity;
– Compliance with the details of the ICO;
– Availability of third-party products used in the ICO;
– Active ICO Communication;
– Presence of a company website.

As part of the ICO certification process, Fin-Regulator recommends adhering to the established rules and setting a minimum base level of criteria, according to the opinion of the ICO Certification Committee. CERTIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS

In order to create a reliable and transparent industry in the field of financial exchanges, Fin-Regulator actively cooperates with educational service providers to certify the educational products offered. The main objective of this cooperation is to provide comprehensive support to traders to acquire new knowledge, skills and rich experience.

To participate with Fin-Regulator, training providers must provide the Certification Committee with detailed information on various aspects of the training materials, including:

1. **Authors of the educational material;**
2. **Competence of the authors of the educational material;**
3. **Date of the last update of the proposed material;**
4. **Full text of the disclaimers;**
5. **Full number of trade examples (hypothetical);**
6. **Full number of examples that may lead to losses;**
7. **Full number of examples that can lead to profit;**
8. **Source of price charts in training materials;**
9. **Source of proper pricing in training materials;**
10. **The full cost of the educational product or material;**
11. **The target audience for which the product/material is designed.**

The full list of questions can be obtained by formally submitting an application for certification to the Fin-Regulator. The company can send a request to the specified e-mail address and will receive a certification agreement and an accompanying list of documents and materials. It is important to note that Fin-Regulator conducts a thorough review of the certification organization and process.
